Ipads are a great resource to use in the classroom especially in the junior area.
Explain everything is the platform that is used. It is easy to use and allows learners to write, draw, record voice and have it playback.
Lasso is a great tool for being able to choose a part of a picture to use.
Using the right words
We need to make sure that we extend students vocabulary by using the right vocabulary for instance
Colour pallete for the colours - opacity (dimming)
It was certainly an advantage having the time to play on the students devices today and while none of that was new to you Rachel, it was great to read that you did learn some new tricks of the trade!
